Life with my mother..

Usually my sister, who is also on here as The Walrus is Paul quotes my mother constantly and her ridiculousness. Tonight, I sit here at the dinner table, my mother is awaiting the phone call from my brother who is staying in Florida with family.She is sitting there repeating everything back in the same sentence structure. So now i know that my brother swam with dolphins, that saves me like a half hour phone conversation. Anyways, she puts him on speaker and it goes like this:

Mom: I’m so glad you’re having a good time!

My brother on speaker: Uncle John sounds excited to see me.

Mom: Your Uncle John got you a tv? a tv?

My brother: No. mah, he sounds EXCITED to see me.

Mom: OH… I thought you said he got you a tv. Shit marjie are you really going to blog this??
